     Married Jane Lawson on 24th November 1828 at St. Mary & St. Nicholas,
Beverley. I have found records of the christenings of Anne Lock on
13th November 1836, also Hardy Lock on 21st July 1834, both at St.
Mary & St. Nicholas, George Lock on 14th July 1841 at Beverley St.
John & St. Martin and another Hardy Lock on 16th June 1844 at
Walkington (possibly the first Hardy died in infancy).

Individual Note:
     His wife was called Ann. The following are records of their
childrens' christenings, all at Brandesburton. Matthew on 2nd October
1791, Anne on 21st Feburary 1809, Elizabeth on 23rd February 1794,
George on 25th December 1789, Robert on 27th March 1804 and Hannah on
18th November 1795. Also Ann's marriage to Marmaduke Stephenson on
15th May 1827 also at Brandesburton, as was Hannah's marriage to
Jeremiah Johnson on 16th January 1821. I also found another record of
a christening for George Newlove Lock (mother Mary Lock) at
Brandesburton on 24th July 1821.
